Sepanta-Gostar Alborz Company is active in the field of production and supply of packaging containers for paint and resin industries, with the aim of presenting the product at the highest level of quality. To achieve the above goal, the organization emphasizes the use of modern management systems and in order to increase the satisfaction of all stakeholders by establishing an integrated IMS quality management system based on (ISO14001: 21015), (ISO45001: 2018), (ISO9001: 2015) standards and to improve their effectiveness, is committed to produce its products in accordance with national and international standards as well as customer requirements and to take steps towards the following great goals.
- Production of high-quality products based on standards and customer demands and efforts to gain their satisfaction and increase the ability of the organization to continuously improve existing processes.
- Human resources empowerment through continuous and planned training to increase staff skills and improve productivity with a knowledge management approach.
- Optimal use of equipment and machinery and optimal maintenance planning and repair of the organization’s production infrastructure
- Continuous planning and action to prevent and reduce environmental consequences and reduce waste and pollutants
- Efforts to reduce the riskof organizational processes through the implementation of risk management approach
The CEO of Sepanta-Gostar Alborz Company is committed to meet the requirements of the above standards and comply with the relevant government and legal laws and regulations to achieve the above goals through participation of all employees and effective communication. I will appoint a representative with the necessary authority to keep, maintain, upgrade the system and monitor its performance, and I will review and control its effectiveness at specific times and in management review meetings to ensure its proper deployment. I expect all managers, supervisors and employees to fully understand the policy, customer needs and legal requirements to help the organization to achieve the desired goals.
